Requirements of Becoming a Springboard Biodiesel Dealer

  1. Dealer must have some experience making biodiesel, and be willing to give demonstrations to prospective customers.
  2. Dealer must have a web site, a store or physical presence in the community, and must have legitimate business licensing.
  3. Dealer must sign standard dealer contract.
  4. Dealer must purchase a BioPro™ 190 or BioPro™ 380 at MSRP from Springboard Biodiesel and maintain a BioPro™ at his/her facility.
  5. Dealer must have a good credit rating and not declared bankruptcy within the last 8 years.
  6. Dealer must provide Springboard Biodiesel with a brief summary of the market opportunity in his/her desired territory and provide an overview of plans to sell into that market.
  7. Dealer must actively monitor Springboard Biodiesel’s website and news releases and remain current on all products and Company initiatives.
