BioPro Biodiesel Upgrades

The BioPro line of biodiesel processors has undergone many upgrades and enhancements over the last 12 years. And to date, they are operating in 34 countries and in all 50 states.

The guiding principles of their design remain: to make a reliable and safe machine that is fully automated and will convert oils that are 5% FFA or less (ie. dirtier oils than most other machines could handle) into ASTM-grade biodiesel, consistently, FOR $1.00 PER GALLON!.
Made in Chico, CA. in our manufacturing facility, production times can be reduced to as little as 11 hours.

Below is a list of the most recent upgrades to our BioPro™ line.
Springboard Biodiesel BioPro 190
The BioPro 190
  1. CE Mark (European equivalent of UL listing)
  2. Redesigned electrical systems
  3. Front-located, illuminated power switch
  4. Higher power, higher speed methoxide mixing motor
  5. New powder-coated methanol and methoxide site glasses for easy and exact 80/20 processing
  6. Hydra-X explosion proof methanol/methoxide pump (with hex-hub drive gears and EPDM check valves) This is a proprietary design, unavailable anywhere else
  7. Pre-wired to accept easy INCOSEP installation
  8. External switch to toggle between INCOSEP program and standard program (no need for PLC reprogramming)
  9. PLC includes programs for standard Acid/Base processing, as well as for Acid/Base/Base processing (80/20 method). No extra time required for Acid/Base/Base processing. Programs can be selected from operator interface.
