Mission Statement
Springboard Biodiesel is committed to providing the very best biodiesel products and technologies that are both environmentally and economically beneficial.
We believe that the best way to economically provide biodiesel - and therefore more rapidly proliferate this essential fuel - is to enable local, profitable production.
Working towards our goal, we will continue to create and develop innovative products that make renewable energy, and specifically biodiesel, the preferred option, not just an alternative.
Research and Development
Springboard Biodiesel's research and development efforts are ongoing. Springboard strives to always find ways to improve its existing products, as well as to create innovative new ones.
Springboard is currently in the process of developing several products designed to accelerate the biodiesel production process, and broaden the spectrum of useable feedstocks, thereby allowing greater system throughput and lower production costs.
In addition we're hard at work developing industrial scale processing solutions that will enable a wider range of feedstocks to be converted into ASTM-grade biodiesel.

Springboard Biodiesel Awards

Springboard Biodiesel’s CEO Mark Roberts won the “Innovator of the year, 2010” award on Wednesday, April 21. The award was given to him by the Chico Chamber of Commerce as part of The Business Showcase Tradeshow’s awards ceremony held at the Chico Fairgrounds. (Mark was too modest to tell any of his employees he’d won.)
