BioPro 190 Biodiesel Processor

The BioPro 190 is an automated batch processor that will convert 50 gallons of vegetable or animal oil into 50 gallons of premium-grade biodiesel. Much like a washing machine, a user need only load the machine, turn it on and press the big green START button. Operating time is 48 hours for the standard 190, and 23 hours for the 190EX. With the addition of the SpringPro T76 drywash, total production time can be reduced to 10.5 hours. All ingredients (methanol, sulfuric acid, and catalyst) are inexpensive and easy to source. Methanol must be purchased locally.
