Operating time is 48 hours for the standard 190, and 23 hours for the 190EX. With the addition of the SpringPro T76 drywash, total production time can be reduced to 10.5 hours. All ingredients (methanol, sulfuric acid, and catalyst) are inexpensive and easy to source. Methanol must be purchased locally.
